My partner and I are about to embark on our own renovation in Lake Macquarie next year and these incredibly well made videos have given us so many ideas and inspiration. integrating a fridge means creating a deeper joinery and it works well in larger kitchens - that's why our fridge had to be beautiufl to look at :)

What an amazing renovation! I'm about to embark on a similar journey nearby, in Avoca Beach :) It looks like you square set the bathrooms, but used cornice in the open areas and bedrooms. I'm surprised you didn't also square set areas like the living room, kitchen and hallways - can I ask why you chose to use cornice in these areas?
