The boys that killed this little boy James shouldn't even be considered human beings. They should have been given the death penalty at very least life no chance of ever getting out. Some children are born evil and there is no rehabilitation. They knew what they were doing was wrong and they enjoyed it They had zero remorse for what they did. James didn't get to live so why should they? They should be forever removed from society.

Bless Ralph so much, I think James would have looked just like his dad at the age of 33. I will never ever forget James or what happened to him, as my own son was just over 2 at the time, one year almost to the day, younger than James. Venables should never ever be released and the thought of him having anonymity and living next door to a family with children, makes my blood run cold. RIP little James, the whole nation remembers you with love.
