My chef used to say soups & stews must be served one day after cooking. Bcause protein break up & taste much better...bon e appetite

Turner is right........ Make one or two or three days ahead, refrigerate in closed pot and then on the day one serves, remove the layer of fat on top, on very low heat, re-heat and it IS so much better.
