Same as the chorus

Main sequence for verse/chorus: E barred at 7th fret Emaj7 same place (moving one note, E on G string to Eb) C#m at 4th fret A9 at the nut (same as an A but with the B string open). The pre-chorus ("each day living out a lie") is C#m at 4th fret, E at the nut, and then B at the 2nd fret. He then plays B to A back and forth at the end of this pre-chorus ("forever... ever") but in the following way: fret the B, G and D strings of a barred B chord at the 7th fret (i.e. leaving the A string and high E string open), then slide this shape down two frets to the A position, then back up to the B, and so on. 10 years on, I hope you still interested in the Manics. 😅
