Gosh I love this man. He is such a great actor and his horse Joe that loved water. I know he passed away this past year but he's a live in my heart. I love you James Drury. Cassidy was on one episode. Doug was amazing too. I've always wanted to go to Ireland. I'm half Irish. 😆 I wish I could have met him. R.I.P. You are truly loved. 🙏❤

He was my hero about 60 years ago. Both the character he played and the man. He still rides tall in the saddle in my mind anyway. Soft spoken but tough and resilient as well as consistent.
