I initially started watching this as I know of the P4/5 and was aware Mr Glickenhaus owns a real P4. That was enough. I was surprised and heartened to hear his closing comments about enjoying any car that you consider cool. I have a 64 Beetle lowered with a 1600 twin port motor, no back seats no interior lining, my other drive is a 1960 F100 with a 302 windsor. These two break the monotony of driving to and from a work place I do not enjoy being in but provides me with money to live and keep on driving my cars.

We have observed some commenters noticing an issue about the video playing in low quality 240p - rest assured the video is uploaded as and does play in 1080p HD. If you are experiencing low quality viewing it's an issue directly related to KZbin that we have no control over. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
@davidmarcoux763710 жыл бұрын
Tyler Walker No. That isn't what they are saying, they are saying that if you are experiencing issues with the quality of the video it is because youtube is being throttled by your wifi provider and that it isn't a problem they are concerned with fixing because they aren't in control of the issue. Why would they upload to a separate video sharing website when this is their primary platform.

James, It's great we have enthusiasts like you. U own and preserve the cars we dreamed about growing up. I remember the 250 GTO our neighbor started up on Sundays - what a sound, u could hear it for blocks! P3/4 most beautiful race car ever, I might agree, the Lola may give it a run in some people's eyes. The fact that u own one, I'd be interested in ur perspective. I always root for ur car at the ring. Spent 5yrs flying helicopters in Germany, and my spare time driving the ring, M3, Renault R5 Turbo. Had the track map above my bed and on the kitchen table. It is the greatest track left in Motorsport. Thanku for letting us ride along with u. Jeff

In my humble opinion, the P4/5 is the best looking Ferrari since the F40 and the Daytona before that. If only the LaFerrari looked like the P4/5 Competizione... Personally I'm a McLaren fan (not to compare, I love all sports car manufacturers) and I think it is a real shame that they didn't take up Glickenhaus's LeMan's challenge with the P1. I wouldn't have cared who would win, the spirit and spectacle of competition itself would have been enough. A lovely article this one, congrats FLD.
