Legacy is my most anticipated movie of next year. I’ve been a Superman fan since I was a kid and seeing him FINALLY getting a solo movie in over a decade makes me happy. I’m also excited to see the Kingdom Come logo on that suit 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I’m with u. I am actually very optimistic not just for Superman legacy but especially Batman brave and the bold and green lantern. And notice that these 3 projects Batman Superman and green lantern are all projects that need redemption. Superman needs redemption cause the general audience thinks that he’s a boring character. Batman is gonna have a Robin a character desperately been needed to be back in live action forever. Than there’s green lantern who needs redemption after that 2011 movie. And hey I have friends telling me that I am to optimistic or that I’m setting myself up for disappointment. But at the end of the day I’m not afraid to admit if I’m wrong. If none of these projects do good(objectively Ik everyone has their own opinion but this is me talking objectively good or bad) than hey i was wrong, not afraid to admit when I’m wrong.

Honestly such great points about redemption. I’m in the same exact boat, I feel afraid to get excited for things nowadays but at the same time this is the one thing I’m going into with confidence. I am happy with the reboot but they should make sure that the action scenes in the movie are as impactful as man of steel. Let's be real ; General Zod Vs Superman final fight was the greatest final battle in any superhero movie ever.

You must have missed the new G.O.A.T. And previous New G.O.A.T. Of superhero Movies Spider-man :into the Spiderverse and Spider-man:Across the Spiderverse. Super-man Legacy has to be as Amazing if not better than those, and turn the profit in box office as those have as well.

But my problem is why does Gunn have to add so much characters in a superman SOLO movie, why couldn't he focus on one character. I've often said that Gunn can't write one character he has to have a rag tag of other characters to actually write something

Please don’t lie, all the serious movies done under the DCEU made money and the goofy ones flopped! Gunn can’t help himself with the goofy sophomoric humor and he will do it in Superman it’s his signature! DC is known for being edgy and dark the minute you goof it up they’re going to say you’re copying Marvel. We are just going back to the same old same white bread as shucks you guys of a Superman that doesn’t relate. People are just frozen in nostalgia
