Really appreciate James being so open about his steroid use. More people should be transparent.

As a nurse, James thank you so so much for discussing this (steroids) and being so honest

11:44. This part is great. I don't get PT's that go up to people on the gym floor and interrupt their workouts. Messaging them is so much easier and time efficient.

Really nice Joe, you allowed your guest to speak and express themselves. You brought out the depths that meant nothing was superficial or overly flippant. The whole conversation was populated with humour and warmth and was a great example that men can have meaningful conversations.

It’s noticeable how much more seriously Joe is taking about this podcast. He is asking the leading questions , Tom doesn’t ask as many questions to bring back Joe when he’s gone quiet from the conversation and Joe is directing the conversation.

I thought James was a bit of a knob before listening to this podcast. But, the guy speaks a lot of sense. Great podcast.

Just stumbled across your video - really enjoyed this talk! Related a lot to what James was saying - but the humour behind it with you all together was so great 😅👌🏼

Great chat, lots of good points throughout. However BMI is a terrible indicator of health. Using a 1970’s study based on Anglo North American 20 yo males doesn’t tend to translate well…. But insurance companies do like it…

Please redo it to include all the African Americans and current White American 20yr olds ………and then see how many current “obese” people suddenly become fit 🤣

I wouldn’t mind watching this, but if it’s all about mental health and issues I can’t be arsed. Is just about steroid abuse? If so I’ll watch

I really hope James's mother gave him up for adoption of her own accord. The Catholic church used to send unmarried women to mother and baby homes and sell a lot of children for a "donation" to people who thought the kid was up for adoption but in reality the kid was forcefully taken from the mother.

Why is Tom there? Trying and I meaning trying some comic relief is not working. Too bad, it would have been a more interesting interview.

Where he says he doesn't think Thor is natty. He's definitely not. It's widely accepted that Hollywood dudes are on 'roids. Also, who is saying the rock is natural? Haha This creates just unachievable (healthily anwyay) goals for kids. Myth needs to be broken

Good content, but James seems to just have a script and is waiting to say the next part of it, regardless of what Tom and Joe say.

im struggling to see how Marler is an acceptable public figure - he racially abused one player during an international and sexually abused another. What does he actually have to do to be marginalised - kill somebody? hes the trump/johnson of rugby
