That team's biggest liability is its fanbase and the 'support' given to players and managers. Quite frankly they've done amazing considering Rangers financial constraints the last few years, yet the expectation is for nothing less than Real Madrid levels of performance or else the knives are out. There's no sense of reality, or that building to a position of financial security could take a decade or more.

People focus too much on tavs goals. Out of all the RB named he’s by far the worst defensively and if you take away his pens he doesn’t score much at all. The only positive I could say about tav is he occasionally will score i nice free kick but he’s rotten defensively. I would be happy to see him go. Sterling is far superior defensively and that should be the foundation for a defender being defensively sound.
