James has been using this six-person set up for a while now and it works really well. I especially like the sound of that soulful trumpet. I saw them at Pizza Express in Maidstone last year and it was fab.

Wow, I've got a digital Hammond, a transistor Leslie, a Jazz Bass, an Ampeg amp, a Yamaha SA guitar, AND a '65 Fender Twin. (XK-5/XLK-5, 3300, '12CS, PF-50T, SA2100, vintage '65). I'd talk about the music here but while I love the band, this particular show's not really impressing me.

The digital clone is great - it's the non tube leslie that lets it down if - but does not bother me ! - that clone sounds great with a tube leslie !

no man that's a transistor 3300. I've got one for my XK-5 and it sounds, well good not great. If you like clean sound they're loud as f--- but I'd rather have a smokey-sounding tube 40W than 300W. I've thought about literally getting a remanufactured Leslie tube amp and crossover, and rewiring the 3300 to accept power-amp inputs.
