Amplify the legacy of Sergeant First Class Alwyn Cashe through this graphic tee. He is the first African American to be awarded the Medal of Honor since the Vietnam War - posthumously SOD (Olive Drab) Green color tee to honor his service in the US ArmySuper-soft, a cotton-polyester blend that allows for maximum comfort.
In honor of Veterans Day, Kohl's is proud to donate $100,000 to Operation Homefront, a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to build strong, stable, and secure military families so that they can thrive - not simply struggle to get by - in the communities they have worked so hard to protect.
SFC Alwyn CASHE received the Congressional Medal of Honor (posthumously) on December 16, 2022. On October 17, 2005, near Samarra Iraq, SFC Cashe's Bradley Fighting Vehicle was struck by an improvised explosive device.
Cashe rescued six Soldiers and an Iraqi interpreter from the burning vehicle receiving burns over nearly 72% of his body. SFC Cashe died on November 8, 2005, at Brooks Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX.
Proceeds from the sale of this product will go to start the Alwyn Cashe Foundation, launched by his sister - Kasinal Cashe-White.
