The James Web telescope gets one mention, even then they ask if it's a rumour ? What a load of bull, of course it's a rumour, James Web was never used to examine any side of the moon, why would you even think that when there's been a camera orbiting the moon for years now taking clear images ? Speaking of eclipses....I've chased them all around the world since seeing my 2nd one in 1980 in Kenya, and have now seen ten, but didn't see this last one here in the good ole USA because at age 83, just didn't feel up to fighting the crowds. On our most recent total solar eclipse in Argentina, we met a guy, younger then us, who was seeing his 23rd, and had them all listed on a custom jacket. That eclipse hadn't yet occurred and he was already planning his next eclipse trip somewhere in Africa. BHE

In the late 80's, I did an in depth intromastic examination of the moon from my 'Way-Back' Imformatelutinator...Surely did loook VERY DARK to me! Of course, there is the small possibility I may have forgotten to remove the lense cap! Why haven't we returned to the moon? Not widely known by many, but when Neil Armstrong first walked on the moon's surface in '69, upon their departure, he left a pair of his boots on the lunar surface. It has now been over 50 years, and even though they have most likely thoroughly aired out by now, NO ONE is willing to take that chance!

Dark side of the moon? There is no dark side of the mon you big silly. The sun shines on the other side quite regularily. Just because we can see it from Earth doesn't make it dark. As for the big structures? There are several alien built bases there. One that I know of was used as a staing area for immigrants from the Arayana system 45,000 years ago. Ask Mike Collins. He saw them. If you want to be taken seriously start using the correct terminology.

Dark Side of the Moon is a wonderful 1973 album by Pink Floyd. HOWEVER, if you are talking about the actual moon, then to refer to a "Dark" side is borderline stupid. The Dark side of the moon is the same as the dark side of the earth. It's called the night side. The moon has a 2-week day/night period, so no part of the moon is dark for more than two weeks, unless you're talking about an edge case like the bottom of a deep crater at the south pole or something. For the love of God, please use the term "Far Side" if you are referring to the far side as viewed from Earth. OR if you're talking about the current night side, then say night side, but NEVER say Dark Side unless you are talking about the Pink Floyd Album. Thank you.
