Sat at the airport heading home after a month away, and looking forward to seeing James at Kew Gardens tomorrow night with some good friends. I’ve been sitting on the Laid CD forever thinking these guys were one hit wonders and then I heard Sit Down courtesy of KZbin, then Getting Away With it,pretty soon it hit me:these guys are great and after listening to music for the last 55 years I’ve never seen a guy wade into the crowd like TB does - I’ve seen bands that engage the crowd and do vocals for them-EV got a word and a half out before theMSG people took over butTim is the Only guy that goes 50 yards out and charms them all including the dude in the wheelchair who he posed for a couple of ussies with-priceless
