Absolutely brilliant. This is the hardest figure I have approached so far on my dance journey. I know the Man steps are quite easy, but learning what I'm supposed to be leading the Lady to do, has been MAJOR challenge. No other video has come close to this one. Thank you.

Is the dance called cha cha or cha cha cha?
@vivaladance8 ай бұрын
We've always called it cha cha cha formally but that doesn't mean to say that is correct. We find by the time time you've said cha cha, the rest is implicit and with professional or amateur dancers just "cha" is informally understood too, just as we'd casually say Paso rather than Paso Double. We're qualified with the ISTD and IDTA in the UK and both the ISTD book and the Laird book (IDTA) refer to it as cha cha cha so we tend to align with that. Look up Enrique Jorrin - Trompetas en Cha Cha Cha on here for an early reference too. Great question! James & Joanna
