Why would you go to Top Charoen? When I was looking at glasses in Bangkok, their lens prices were the only ones that were more expensive than getting them at home in Australia. If you want to pay higher than Western prices in Thailand, they're the place. Absolute rip-off.

You dont understand prices thats why..LOL...Let me help you understand. The COST OF LIVING IS MUCH CHEAPER IN THALAND ALONG WITH THEIR WAGES THAN THE US. so there is no way there food prices would be the same. They make like $400 max a month so a $4 meal can be expensive for the avg person there. You taking American dollars/wages and trying to use in a cheaper economy and say its cheaper....welll no sh###. How about you go get a 9 to 5 job in Thailand and compare that salary to eating out and paying bills and you would be thanking your good ol American dollar
