GREAT Push-Pull Technique Exercise - James Payne

These 2 exercises have been great to really balance my Push-Pull technique in my right and left hands. Doing the exercises unison hands first and alternating hands after really made me feel where the issues in my hands were and have helped me to fix them.

@@JamesPayneDrums Quick question: When doing this push-pull technique, I'm struggling to come up in time with my wrists to begin the push motion again. How do you accomplish that motion so quickly?
