I love John Mayer, then I click over here to my other favorite James only to find Steve Jordan playing drums for James and I'm like wow Steve plays for John and James so awesome. Then I watch my fave band of all time, Steely Dan and Keith Carlock is drumming for them, then I switch over to John Mayer again only to see Keith Carlock playing for John as well! How do all these guys know they're each in my playlist? It's like my music girlfriends all know each other, it's really weird- but awesome.

Another wonderful song by James Taylor. RIP Valerie Carter, guess Heaven needed her to come sing.

Valerie sure had a beautiful voice. I saw her several times at JT concerts. It’s so sad she's gone. At least we have the memories along with these videos and albums to keep her in our hearts.

I've always admired Valerie Carter and Kate Markowitz. Heartbroken to know that Ms. Carter has passed. Rest in paradise...

I've been listening to James sence the late 70s and still love him, he is absolutely amazing 😍 a timeless musision

His voice was better when this concert was recorded than it was in the 70s. He's certainly one-of-a-kind. I love how well he treats the band, too.

Awesome percussionist. Best sounding snare drum ever. Full band and vocalist top shelf.

@@jracerichards Ok I think the best snare sound is on a song that was intentionally made to sound live but in a good way. Ants Marching by Dave Matthews Band.
@jracerichards Жыл бұрын
@Mr. Doot No. Every drummer now tunes the snare with this high pitched tuning which is dime a dozen and shows no creativity

@@jracerichards Interesting. I know nothing about drums other than basic stuff so I wouldn't know lol.

"Shifty little eyes" That sounds like Tricky Dick Nixon.
@avavincent94812 ай бұрын
Hearing this takes me back to a time when we thought Nixon was the worst possible president we'd live to see . Sadly, we were wrong, the line about "lonely old toad" almost makes one feel a little sympathy for him (I said a little😮). Nixon atleast had some amount of dignity in resigning. But now we've lived to see a man who proves every day he has no bottom, NONE. Class of '72 BTW.
