10:25 Just wanted to hop in and say that yes, aluminium bottles are recyclable and I appreciate that they don't use so much plastic. But the majority of aluminium is still produced with virgin material, which takes a lot of energy. If they had a system where you could send the bottles back and they put it to recycling that would be more environmentally friendly. I have a permanent mark in my arm, it’s over one of my obvious veins. I have to often explain it’s not from being a junkie. It’s actually from when I was pregnant and really sick and needed constant IV fluids, it was often the only vein they could use because I was so dehydrated from being so sick. It happened enough over my pregnancy that it left a scar. As I said best case hurt someone’s feelings, worst case make light of someone’s trauma. Neither of those are acceptable and people need to do better.

I've only been watching a short while but I'm picking up a few things from your videos that make so much sense. Thank you for this. Long term my skin will be better and more protected. I now look at ingredients before buying anything I put near my face. Before I'd buy and just hope for the best (my skin isn't overly sensitive, my eyes react to some preservatives though which is the bigger issue for skincare products for me). I'm also using a suncream every day now. Before I'd only use in the summer because, living in Scotland, we don't get to see the sun that often, it's easy to forget it's still there behind the clouds! I've moved to a mineral suncream for my face which doesn't irritate my eyes or nose (I didn't really understand the difference before and avoided suncream for my face sometimes because it made me want to claw my eyes out after putting on). I'm now trying to work out the true effectiveness of it and if it does deliver what it promises before I invest in a bigger tube for the summer since it's a bit more expensive than I'd normally spend on a suncream. I've also learned things like wash your hair first in the shower which makes sense, but I'm ashamed to say I've got to this point in my life not realising the sense behind doing that (my skin thanks you for this tip!). Sorry for the long comment, but I want to say thank you for putting the information in a way that is easy to take in and let you know we are learning from your videos. 😊

I didn't mind the bellflower sunscreen at all, i even got like 6 of them 😅. Especially the smell, i never thought it was very alcoholy 🤔. Sure it's not the best, but i definitely thought that it was among the top. My only problem is that it starts peeling off easily. For quick and easy body moisturizer, buy a mist sprayer and put Hadalabo Gokujun Hyaluronic Lotion Moist in it and you can spray your body and your face in the shower. It’s amazing! I started doing it to help my eczema during the winter. Now I do it every day. It’s 1/3rd the cost of most body mists

What you liked about the Aestura ATO cream is what I love about the Pyungkang Yul ATO cream -- but with no smell. I also have rosacea and flush quite easily. I tried a new product and got one of my worst flares (I missed the EOs in it). I immediately rinsed with tepid water, but it was still feeling like sunburn I put the Pyungkang Yul ATO on and it settled it down really quickly. You should try it!

Lup balms that taste bad are just not pleasant to use. Vanilla is a fragrance that is usually hypoallergenic and safe from what I've heard. I don't like strongly scented lip products, but just a touch makes applying it so much more pleasant.

I definitely want to try the body wash, and the cleanser and I also love the Kopari products and the OAUI Leave in conditioner I also got a small bottle somewhere and loved it so much that I got three big one, and yes your hair can go to 450° if you used a flat iron I have really thick hair and I put my flat iron into the highest temperature and it is 450°, so it's good that a product protects that high I always put a heat protectant before it, I never realize that that leave in conditioner had the heat protectant in it, so now I love it even more

I'm always in a rush in the morning getting ready for work. I usually have to skip moisturizer. A spray moisturizer is exactly what I need in my life!!! Thank you as always sweetie!!! I'm gonna start somewhat bugging James or someone about this, but I need a good deep cleanse almost skin "detox" routine. Any suggestions? For context, I'm a wildland firefighter with acne prone skin and sensitive skin to boot. I don't have the means to do a normal routine when I'm in the field. literally just a spritz bottle, travel cleanser, and moisturizer is all I bring and sometimes I can't even do that depending on time and energy. And when I come back from assignments, I will have easily two-three weeks worth of ash, soot, dirt, sweat, occasionally mud and smoke on my skin. Also showers sometimes are few and far between. I would just like something for that once-twice a month after I get home to get everything out of my pores after a few weeks in the field.
