I watched Chase sit on 6 repos on my street from 2008 up to the end of 2015. The homes could have been released to the market. Six families could have recovered faster after our economy was decimated by greedy bankers, giving bad loans,and artificially inflating the housing market. Instead, they pleaded with the government for our tax dollars, and again, were allowed to artificially inflated the housing market. The price of housing would NOT be the high without the 800 billion given so the banks could afford to hold the repossessions. This would not have occurred with out the bailout. Jamie, JPmorgan and those like him are the problem. Stop insulting your audience be trying to make him look like a good person. He may be smart, but Jamie and JPMORGAN are as evil as it gets, and this channel boasting his greatness lost a subscriber. Btw, the current value of all of your home is artificially inflated, and a correction is inevitable. No homeowner wants to admit it. I'm not quite sure what TJ meant when he said deflation could be used as a weapon though. "If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered.... One of my favorite movie lines is from Roger Rabbit. From Eddie Valiant: "You gotta have a heart before you have an attack." The day Mr. Dimon passes from this Earth is one that should be celebrated by nearly everyone, given the amount of wealth destruction he has caused and the amount of lives he has ruined.

Before everyone starts going for Jamie as the King Vulture, think again. A lot of people blame him as they are jealous of him. How easy to blame him as they cannot think of the name of anyone else and curiously, most people who go for him know little about Keynesian Economics let alone the Austrian School of Economics of the "History of Money". How is it Jamie's fault he is working within a system controlled by the Government that the Government have the power to change? Jamie may say Private Equity is "Dancing in the Street" as it is not regulated enough for the majority to know that it has an intrinsic reputation as being a vulture system, where the vultures strip all the flesh off the bones of a company and then flog it. But who ALLOWS the system to be LAWFUL? Everybody tries to get AROUND THE LAW without breaking it - even parking their car and taking a chance. If Jamie was working within the LAW why blame him? Just asking? I thought your PRESIDENT was responsible for the LAW. Any CEO is in the business of making a profit. That is their job. It is hardly his fault that Nixon closed the Gold window and fiat money became more and more worth LESS every year through inflation. He is working within a closed system of FIAT that he did not invent, has no control over and was working within that frame work. Do you realize that EVERY CEO has to work to make a profit to JUST BEAT the inflation before he can EVEN BEGIN TO MAKE a profit if the fiat is devaluing? No wonder they get ruthless as its like pushing an elephant up a hill working against de valuation. Each year, they have to get MORE and MORE for the shareholders because of the degradation of the currency. If there were no DE GRADATION of the currency, HONEST business could be done, as there is no reason to screw anyone to cover the cost of loss through inflation before they begin. See where the problem lies? Not with Jamie but with the DE GRADATION OF CURRENCY. Jamie is no different to any other CEO - he is doing his job. Having said that, if you can get past all the BS about him, usually from resentful sacked employees, or people who have lost out, you will realise he is just like everybody else, loves his kids and family and loves America. Wait and see. If Jamie were in the 2.30 at Newmarket, I would back him as a winner as I like him.

The thing that makes me smile is when Americans say “America is the best country in the world”, because they repeat it so much, it appears as if they trying to convince themselves. In my opinion for the education, health care, food, policing, immigration policy and multiculturalism I’d have to give UK the top spot. I graduated with Computer Science honours degree from an Ivy League equivalent university, and have paid off my student loan (with ease), if I was in US I’d be drowning in debt. I had a chronic disease for 13+ years, though I spent thousands, I’d have had to spend hundreds of thousands in US. food, dare I say more (Standard American Diet). In UK, Policing is more community oriented to prevent crime, it have slipped up in past decade but I’d be on edge near a US cop, just because things can escalate to death in a moment.
@rao8559 Жыл бұрын
you are quite misinformed by propaganda. U.S is superior in most respects to UK. Student debt is indeed a concern but it isnt for the vast majority of students. And that is because they didnt graduate in comp sci. As for food, well just avoid fast food and shop more carefully for good ingredients. There is a farmers market in every town each week. Each state has its own regional cuisine which foreigners dont know about And if you believe int he crime stats put forth by the government of UK, you will believe anything My friends are SL Tamil and Sikh, they can tell you stories about the so called multiculturalism in UK
@rilwanj Жыл бұрын
@@rao8559 thanks, I appreciate you challenging my statement. I’m sure US is great, but given I was born poor, I’m black, I had an absent father, and early 1990s we lived in a high crime area, there were so many programs that helped me grow to reach success (without being a criminal, ever using drugs, etc), I just don’t see anything similar in US, but maybe I don’t see what you see. In my opinion, a great hallmark of a great country is upwards mobility, from poverty to at least middle class. I’m not say UK or US excel at that, but because the cost of everything is so high in America, it all just seems harder to achieve anything there.
@rao8559 Жыл бұрын
@@rilwanj Congratulations firstly on your journey, you have beat the odds which was not easy. If UK was a good fit for you rather than U.S I am denying your own personal experience, just putting things in context. Im also a non white immigrant. Most of the narratives coming from U.S are from spoiled middle class types who are aghast that they are not multi millionaires. It is mostly driven by envy. If you ask immigrants,while they certainly encounter some stumbles they are still far more likely to succeed than these spoiled white kids . Why? simple. Discipline and DELAYED gratification. The second is key . No credit cards, no splurges, no drinking nightly at upscale bars. Or dining in fine establishments or wrecking their credit by buying cars they can barely afford Immigrants bypass a lot of the banking real estate industrial complex by paying and buying for a modest home in cash rather be a debt slave for 30 years for a McMansion which will end up foreclosed anyway. Yes the cost of university and medicine in U.S is obscene but there are ways around it- for university there is first two years of community college which costs almost nothing( sometimes it is often subsidized by the state) and in university you cut tuition in half by serving in student government and tons of other hacks available. As for medicine, yes it is obscene but not if you have insurance. A lot of the pricing exists mostly due to malpractice lawsuits and inability to purchase insurance across state lines. An anti competitive wicked policy but insurance private or public covers pretty much anything.
