I saw this on Comedians In Cars drinking coffee and thought wow. Realised now he told the same story here (word for word) a few years before. If you don't understand how impressive a comedian is, they can make a story they've told before sound like it's the first time they told it.

Actors do that... they rehearse and re-hash stories because interviews are more structured than people realize... it takes a really good interviewer to make it seem natural and not like they're reading from notecards
