But she was put in charge of a part of the concervatorship during the first 4-5 years for a short time. She let her father use her to abuse her sister. I have no idea how deep the brothers ties are in all of this and Jamie's husband has played with Dad Jamie and money. Every legal adult in that family smells of garbage to me.

I’m a Brit and watch the show daily, Whatever Jamie lynn has done our press is Brutal. Mocking her appearance saying she looks years older than she is when she is on a show where beauty products and hair styling products are contraband! All campmates are stripped of their luxuries to bare minimum essentials, her appearance is fine she looks her normal age and that has nothing to do with her personality or past actions

If you read into it you’ll see that even though Jamie lynn isn’t perfect, she could be a victim too. It’s a classic sign of growing up with a narcissistic parent, they create rivalry and jealousy between their children hence why Jamie lynn could have been gaslit growing up into hating her own sister

I've never seen or heard of someone raised by a narcissistic parent with strong narcissistic tendencies themselves change after 25. I actually got pregnant at 15 and had a kid at 16 at the same time she got pregnant and I will say that because of her and 16 and pregnant…. People were and still awful to me now. I’m 30 now and my daughter is 15 and we are doing great now. But the hate was really awful then. 😢

I don’t know much at all about Britney’s current attorney, but it IS TRUE that she is the only person who can file criminal charges against Jamie Spears, the rest of her family, and anyone else in the court system who exploited her and made money off the conservatorship. Her attorney would make a hell of a lot more money (not to mention the insane publicity he’d get) if she did decide to go ahead with charges. So believe me, as someone who is currently studying law (and comes from a family of lawyers) - he has definitely made this option very clear to her. I know she’s said she wants to see them all in jail, but I’m sure it’s still incredibly difficult nonetheless. Because even though they treated her so horribly, she has such a kind and forgiving heart. :( Not to mention, even if she was 100% committed to holding Jamie accountable, she would have to endure more scrutiny, more pain and publicity… everything and all of her past trauma would be brought into the public spotlight. As someone who has suffered so much from public harassment and ridicule, I can only imagine she’s not overly enthused at the idea of enduring more of this court drama. Perhaps in more time, she will heal as best as she can, and maybe then. But she’s gotta do what’s best for her emotionally, obviously (as I’m sure we all agree). I wish it was as simple as prosecuting Jamie without having to drag Britney through it all again… but it’s not.

To answer your question, the care plan was implemented at the time the conservatorship was ended. It was described as a sort of soft launch to her re-entry as an independent person. We don’t know if that care plan still exists today.

Jamie Lynn is probably trying to make up for her loss of Britney's money since the conservatorship is over.....maybe that's why she looks so rough now.
