Not just look at those colors in the salad, look at the work with that sharp knife!! How do you get it so sharp?? I have taken over my old mom's house and was cleaning out her old knife drawer. 30 knives being donated. Keeping just 4. Chef, slicing, paring, and boning. What am I missing? How to really sharpen? I am so tired of dull knives . Thanks! Your cooking is inspirational, just need some help with the hardware.
