I was just thinking how I've been watching him since his hair was blond and he only had one little baby on the naked chef. I love his cooking style and his shoes. I find them very relaxing as well. His series in the garden was the best. It made me want a brick oven in my yard.

Jamie, you missed one thing on the sweetcorn after you cut it. You’re supposed to use the back of the knife and scrape the cob and get all the sweetness out. Sorry, I’m from America where we eat corn routine leader in the summer times and if you have it your way, scrape it to sweetness.

As I don't like bacon (ok, you can hate me : ), I like the idea of mushrooms or even eggplant in this dish. Incorporate smoked salt or smoked pepper. Easy to find those smoked spices online.

oh no, don’t rip anything out of the soil!! Cut at ground level and leave roots in to compost, create air and water tunnels and beneficial insects highways. You’re a great chef Jaimie but there’s a bit more to learn in gardening. Bon Appetite anyway.
