@@sketchesforyou8020 I can and do have better videos up. But the point is this is nowhere near all the skills nor tricks, but Ravi K (and possibly you) are just bangers who drop beer all over the tables and never owned a cue over $700 , so you think this is special. This is just the effects of English and draw/follow, nothing special. No tricks, just basic level pool

@@godjhaka7376 Ok buddy, you got a few things wrong, so let me glue you in. 1) I don’t think 15 year olds can legally drink alcohol, so I don’t fit in the category you call “bangers” 2) It’s not wise to spend a shitload of money on a cue when it’s just something you like to do to pass time 3) I don’t think it’s special, I was just calling the other guy out for shitting on someone who complimented an easy to follow tutorial on the basic spins you can put on a cue ball

Very cool video! If you were to set this up as a drill with the object ball placed increasingly further from the cue ball, the amount of deflection, squirt, and swerve would increase and really develop someone's "feel" for the advanced execution of english. Even more so if they worked progressively from center out and from slow to faster speeds...Bravo!

That's why billiard is hard to teach when a beginner has no natural inclination to that sport. It will take so many years to be a good player how much more to be a master.

The way I learnt about how sidespin can be used for position play was watching professional cue sports and playing mini clips 8ball pool 😂 the killer with it is how it changes the way you have to aim, and also I find what pace of the cueball is needed a lot more difficult to master than what spin on the ball is needed. The trick aswell is to continue trying to keep the cue balls movement around the table to a minimum even as you get better with spin. Just because you can use side spin doesn’t mean you should

The point is to develop this result from both sides of the table for position on the next ball. If you can’t get this result across distance, you need to address your cue or the tip and watch video on how to improve your draw shots.

@@itzate1565 I would say that if you do not have a teacher/coach you will continue to make the same mistakes over and over. Your progress will be very slow. Watching videos will help you correct mistakes and learn new practices. I play people all the time that have poor fundamentals and can not take advice. Easy pickings.

Noway they would go in at that speed on most tables. But take the stroke speed down and I think it would be accurate for most tables. Although your amount of throw would go up drastically.
