The most flavoursome bit of the chicken wrapped in tasty crispy hamstuff. Works for me! I have in fact enjoyed a dish with courgette and red pepper made for me by a woman from Naples, just a propos of a comment I just saw. I don't think it's SUCH a good idea to get snobby with a Master Chef on such things, even if he IS, as am I, unashamedly English. Come on guys, let's all have a happy Christmas! 🎄✨🌟👍

Correct, from courg meaning marrow, which is what one is. The French gave the English most of their culinary terms so we'll stick with courgette when speaking the King's. Incidentally though, the Dutch also call it a courgette.
