to me, the part where Jamie says 'i dont care' is so impactful. Loads of people are obsessed with 'the right way' or 'the formula' when it comes to something creative- and Jamie just throws this big shield, this humble and great tactic- this massive secret to life out in the open. I will always remember 10-20yrs ago Jamie’s tip to use the rested steak juices on the plate to mix in a bit of good olive oil and squeeze of lemon to make a simple glaze.. I still do that till do today

15 Minute Meals is one of the books I am missing from my Jamie collection, got to remedy that. I just got 5 Ingredient Mediterranean. Have to say it isn’t as useful as the older books I am finding but still loved the photos and some of the ideas, I will use. Not as many dishes I will make from it. Wondering about that set you are on. It isn’t the original one. You should have used the original apartment or set that was used in the original Naked Chef show, would’ve loved to see it in the 25 year videos.
