Gennaro’s Caprese salad is a reminder in keeping things simple. By combining the fresh flavours of tomatoes, basil and mozzarella, you get an authentic taste of Italy.

In Greece we have the same salad, but instead of mozzarella we put feta cheese and maybe sometimes cucumber! Wouldn’t be surprised if something very similar existed in Spain as well !
