Some days I find even a to-do list to feel quite daunting - when that happens I'll write a "Done List" instead where I basically write down all my tasks after I've completed them. This helped me a lot during the pandemic when we were in quarantine and I felt like my days were empty and like I wasn't getting anything done; I bring it back every now and then these days when I'm feeling more stagnant. It really helps me to see that, even on the slow days, I do accomplish things, however small they may be :)

Thank you for being open and honest about the struggles you go through as a woman running her own business. I'm totally in the same space as you feeling imposter syndrome. I started s new job and everyone believes in me and likes my work but I'm having a hard time believing in myself. Also, you are really making me want to dye my hair my dream color. I dyed it my dream color, dark purple and red, but it didn't turn out exactly how i wanted so I went back to blonde, but I miss it soooo much!

Thank you for openly talking about the imposter syndrome, insecurity, dealing with stress, etc. As you say, it does help to hear from others that they struggle with that, and not because it is good that others experience it or you are glad about it but because it helps to know that you are not a weirdo and the only human on earth who feels like it. Nowadays more and more people express these feelings and it is more "normal"or like "accepted" but I am older than you and ever since I remember, I struggled with those feelings and never, ever heard anyone talk about this stuff, so my whole life I always felt that I was/am a total weirdo. And it is so hard and heart breaking to go through life like that😔 Simply hearing others talk about it for half a minute and then see that they are are phenomenal people who thrive and are successful at what they do, like you, makes a huge difference. I talk for myself but I am sure others think the same. So, yes, thank you! 🤗☺🙏

It's so true that imposter syndrome never goes away. I'm a business owner as well and I totally get it - I feel like I NEVER have my shit together and I've been at it for almost 8 years haha. The creative burnout is so real this year and I'm looking forward to taking some time to myself this winter to refocus and relax, and brainstorm creative ideas for next year. I think that scheduling them out through next year will be easier and give me something to look forward to! I'm an idiot, too because I've been using the term 'vinyls' ever since Taylor put out that IG story with her holding all those different colored covers, gabbing away to anyone who listened about how cool it was she was releasing different colored 'vinyls' and then totally misunderstood a very simple reference in her lyrics and I'm DUMMMMMBBBBB hahaha
