A ton of small companies have an "imperfect" section. I buy from those sections all the time! You could also cut the "enamel pin" off the bottom and use the rest of the cute branding as package inserts. I think that would be super cute!

Yes, I'm the same about my curls. For YEARS I kept fighting the battle, but then lock down happened and I've had 2ish years of curls. Also I feel products have come a long, long way since my teens and 20's ( I'm 48 now) ,and I've also discovered black hair sites which have some amazing products for us curly girls. Curly girls unite ! 🤩🤩 Loved your vlog as always 😍

Jamie, I got invisalign for one tooth but it corrected the whole bite. I wore my trays for 23 hours out of the day. It wasn't easy but my diligence and compliance really paid off. I expedited the process by two months and my bite is pretty perfect.

Back in the 80’s your curly hair would have been a gift. It was the look we all desired but you had to sit in a beauty chair for hours to obtain. So I love your hair I think it’s so pretty.

i think the low shelf looks amazing as is!! the addition of legs for extra height is the way to go imo. maybe to bring back some of that textured vibe from the originally planned shelf you can just spice it up with decor (kinda like the retro wavy texture that your pink mirror gives) but if you think you can reasonably diy it i would say go for it if you have the time and are up to it! i’ve been a long time subscriber ever since i found your channel in my early teens when i was just getting into makeup and now i’m finishing up my second year at uni :’) it’s so nostalgic watching your videos but also i like how you keep your content fun and fresh. your work ethic really inspires me and i love these longer vlogs to just watch and chill, keep up the amazing work jamie

I have super curly/coils hair and i find that loading my hair with oils a few days before i wash, or even hours…saves my curls a lot. I also make sure i add protein often. Love ur videos!!!

A tip for the Invisalign is to change your trays at night right before bed. They typically hurt for about 12 hours after changing the tray so I found if I put a new tray in at night I slept through most of the soreness 🙂

Jamie, buy a pin clutch remover! It takes the back off for you and saves your fingers, plus a HUGE time saver! For the larger pin cards, you could design a set of two or three and pin them on there

Regarding the extra glass shelves, if I had those I’d lay one inside on the bottom of each cabinet, it will feel more luxe. Also, glass pieces like that make GREAT toppers for cabinets and dressers, so you don’t have to worry about scratching them or beverage condensation rings.

I hear ya on learning to love your curls. I have 3b curls and while I never straightened my hair, I always wished my hair was more manageable. I'm almost 39 and only within the last few years have I really embraced and loved my curls. It's definitely about product and lots of it. I've never tried the rolling technique on my front pieces but it looks really nice so I shall definitely try it. I will have to try Amika curl products. Thanks for this video

Omgosh I have Invisalign too - had braces as a teen and doing Invisalign to fix my open bite. The pandemic delayed my treatment to 3 yrs but cannot wait to be done with them. Metal braces were definitely less maintenance than Invisalign

Always always love your vlog! I think you should go ahead and do the DIY thing because you have already put in so much effort and you really seem to like the $2000 cabinet, that's why you've been hunting everything down in the first place! you can always remove it if you don't like the DIY. I would love to see your journey with Invisalign. I myself will be starting my journey with it probably closer to summer but first I go and get my cavities fixed on my front teeth next month. Then I have to have 2 upper wisdom teeth removed before getting Invisalign.

Girl...you gotta try some Korean sunscreens if you havent yet. They are incredible and so well priced. I highly recommend the Canmake Mermaid UV gel. I get it off of Stylevana Canada with no problems. BEAUTY OF JOSEON sunscreen is amazing too as well as the Isntree Hyaluronic watery sun gel.
