I am that person who loves stretching, lol! It can be so soothing. I love setting flexibility goals and working towards them. I recommend starting with dynamic stretches first prior to exercise with static stretches for cool down.

I love the way my cats smell. It’s so comforting. My dog smells like fritos (unless she has just had a bath) so I think I am good on a dog scented candles.

Oakley sports glasses are fantastic! I used to use them when I did competitive inline speed skating back in the day - really fantastic!! Also on turning 30… I didn’t have any existential crisis turning 30 but I definitely had one turning 25! What I learnt from that is to have joy in the present - everything has its time and every time in your life in a different era but each era has its purpose. Appreciate it all! And know that bigger better things are always coming ❤❤❤❤

I love running. And this year I got a running coach and it was such a good change. My running coach has taught me soooo much running - how to slowly increase the load of my runs safely, train safely, get stronger, and fuel my body.

I have four cats and they all smell so good. I have to get a candle!!! Also, I have curly hair but I have cowlicks along my hairline in my bangs and so I don’t need to clip them back but I do use small jaw clips along my part to pull up the middle so it’s not too too flat. I’ve recently discovered the not your mother’s curl talk cream and it works soooo well. It’s drugstore and works as well as any high end products I’ve tried. Congrats on your candle!!! Love your cat and how much he talks to you! I have a doggo. Super chill guy. His name is Maverick and he’s a golden retriever mix. We adopted him ten years ago. He was left abandoned along the Delaware River and lived with homeless people outside. Ten years later he still loves the outside!!! So, every 2 hours he asks for a walkie-kinda like your kitty except in dog talk.❤ ruff…ruff…ruff.. OK… edit to say CONGRATULATIONS!!! You deserve all of the best of everything! I’m 52. 30 was the hardest birthday for me, too. Idk why but it just was. However, your friend was absolutely right. Slow down and appreciate every moment of your life. Anxiety can take over your whole being. I suffer badly with it and always have. Learn now to quiet your mind-whatever that looks and feels like to you. Time flies! Take it all in! ❤

Guys, running is great and all, but ask yourself if it's worth it in the end with all the caution you have to take just to avoid injury and the inevitable pain and damage to the joints, etc and all the physio visits - just to keep running. Cycling is maybe a better and more sustainable option?
