So interesting to hear from the company founder. I had a mill and a Bosch years ago. I loved them! Due to family tragedy I don’t have them anymore. I really want to make bread again for my family! Single mom now with 6 kids at home, so It’s out of my price range to buy outright. I’m praying for a mill and a Bosch again.
