Love these vibes. I just can’t get over how perfect and elegant Toby’s playing is. He is the main reason why I fell in love with this band. To be in a room in the early ‘90s where Stuart and Toby are working on a groove, while Derrick is stretching and warming up, and Jay’s got a pen and is deep in lyrics while Wallis is opening up a hot pizza for the band next to Simon who is restringing… The sun peaks out from behind the clouds and lights up the rehearsal room on a cool day in London. Love this era.

One of his funkiest for sure and that groove is killer. But he has sooooooo many that I could say are just as good, if not a tad better....'Stillness In Time', 'Half The Man', 'Mr. Moon', 'Scam', 'Just Another Story', 'You Are My Love', 'Traveling Without Moving', 'Everyday', 'Alright' 'Butterfly', 'King For A Day', 'You Give Me Something', 'Cloud 9'....but definitely the best track on the album. And that's saying something cuz 'We're Too Young To Die' is the shit also.

one of my favorite Jamiroquai tracks. Happy Stevie Wonder groove. Long live acid jazz, and urban hipsters. Shawn Walrus you overestimate zender too much, i think Although it's usual for a leader or a standing out person to be in the band, zender probably broke the relations of the band with the same way thinking as you. What matters to bassists is not having ego so much. After leaving Jamiroquai zender has not been successful. Also andrew levy is better at bass.
