I decided to try this product since youve been doing such a good job with their brand. I look your work. Just started following you earlier this year. I had no idea JCBeauty Concepts took so long to ship have no idea whats going on. I ordereded a 32oz Monomer through your link on the 28th of April and they have yet to ship my package or even respond through the customer service email. And when I call the phone number listed no one answers. Iv been holding off other packages from beingbshipped to the Caribbean waiting for this one.
