This is my cover version of Jan Hammer - Crockett's Theme.
I used Cubase 6 Elements

Strings - Cult Sampler vst (Akai S1000 patch Synth Strings)

Bridge Solo - FM7 (patch PPG Voice)

I think it's really cool that you listed the software and sound patches that were used to create this! I have been wanting to cover Crockett's Theme myself! Now all I need is a MIDI file. I'm not sure I could re-create all the parts myself note for note. You have done an amazing job!

Mate, no offense but... If you can't *play it* by yourself where is the fun in that? Just putting the right patches and effects on parts that *someone else* played? If it that makes you happy than great. For me personally it would be meaningless, even if it sounded good. But than again, my main drive in making music is to pick up my instruments and *play* 😉

if this hadn't been called a cover i would have thought it was the real theme. had a look through your others to and there all very good. i love the 80s and its not easy to find all instrumentals but then again if your re creating them at such a high standard i no longer have that problem
