Considering Wozniacki went on to win the Australian Open after, this might be the best comeback in a deciding set that I've seen. And given her consistent excellence, I thought it was well deserved for her to get this one grand slam title to her resume that she didn't have before.

I had no idea Woz was almost out of this tournament. And to think she won the title. This one must be the sweetest of them all to come down from two match points against you and to go on to win the title.

Can´t help but feel sorry for Fett in losing this match. She played superb tennis in the first and third sets and was in an absolute winning position at 5/1 up in the third with two match points in her favour. At that point who would have thought that she would lose in the end? Unfortunately for her when the chips were down and she just had to finish the game she had a terrible attack of nerves and basically handed the victory to Wozniacki. That´s the reason why champions are always the ones who can remain calm and close out the match when they have the opportunity. Very sad way to lose a match.

This was a very strange match from Woz. Seemed from the beginning she was not mentally present and looked very tired throughout. Great to see her pull through though! Very happy she won't the tournament.

What a weird service motion Jana Fett has. She doesn't jump at all, it's literally just an arm swing with an aggressive body swivel. Similar to Muguruza and Alex Dogopolov. She gets a surprising amount of power out of it. But she would get more if she propelled up into her serve and utilized a more conventional torque rotation

poor Jana at 1st matchpoint: she didn't trust herself that she did an ace, didn't challenge, didn't see the body language of Wozniacki who was already seeing herself loosing the match. Then Woz saw her momentum and won everything.
