Bambies staging, to me: It’s about therapy. To banish your demons (which they do at the end beautifully), you have to discover them (Hex them)… The discovery is frightening and sometimes enlightening but as some point (the red section) you gotta (angry screamo BBBBLUE) cast them off your back… Have self-possession (strength) and banish them, knock them down, flatten them. Final scene… A tiny, thin, near-naked Bambie stands under a ring of lights (crown) with a single beam of light piecing the ring (hope and self redemption). A cross posed person on a cross shaped stage - exposed/reborn. Mic drop It’s what it means to me. I think it’s purity… Life is for living but also, and at times it scary, and for enduring.

My interpretations are different, more narrative and less symbolic funnily enough - but similar! And I love this. Just goes to show the depth of this performance

Baby Lasagna ❤❤❤is the only one of them all who is the author and performer of his own song. He is the most charismatic performer. He has the original text. Looking at the other songs, his is the most recognizable. His energy is contagious. The audience sang and danced with him from start to finish. With the song Rim tim tagi dim performs for the first time as a performer. It's his first performance! In the end, he wrote the lyrics for the album of the band Mono Inc., "Ravenblack", which reached the first place in the official German listenership chart, and Marko received an award for this achievement.

And he’s trying to copy Cha Cha Cha from last year And come on other artists also write their own songs Maybe not all of them but he is definitely not the only one Like Ukrainian girls are always writing their songs and music by themselves

Teya Dora wanted the whole performance to be filmed zoomed on her and her prop but production disagreed. These wide shots were the producer's idea. The audience got bracelets with purplish lights to wave, and I guess they wanted this to be filmed. Personally, I hated these too-wide camera cuts, and I don't care about lights... Visually, the performance didn't leave the kind of impression it should have because it was so zoomed out

IRELAND: The storyline is that they were harmed by an old boyfriend so they try and create a new boyfriend but it goes wrong and they make a monster. So they pretend to love the monster, trick it and they destroy it: they’re a good witch. Importantly tho, it’s just a performance it’s not real.

Is that the storyline of the original video clip, the performance, or both? Because I was very curious about that. At the end of the performance she seems to destroy the "demon", but in the music video she ends up curling up with him and cuddling, seemingly being really affectious to the "monster". Also, if you know, in the music video she is being chased down by the monster/boyfriend, and this always scares me a little, but then in the end they're cuddling... so was that just being playful? Just curious to hear your thoughts :)

It's nice seeing you having fun! Enjoy your time! Also, Sweden delivering quality to Eurovision as hosts once again. Although, I'm quite annoyed that they cut off the flag parade at the beginning of the show. My favorite part of the night (besides us qualifying of course :P) would be Ireland's stage performance. I'm not a fan of the song at all, but what they managed to do LIVE on stage was beyond impressive. Deserves a Top 10 place in the final without a doubt. Luxembourg qualifying after a +30 year hiatus, Cyprus representative becoming the youngest person in Eurovision to qualify for the grand final and then Raiven (Slovenia) making to the finals as well after so many failed attempts to represent Slovenia in Eurovision.. In the end I don't think there were any "shocker" qualifiers this time. Usually every year there's at least 1 underdog country that slides into the final. But not this time! Me and the gang miss you lots. 😊

Poland was a disappointment, but it's normal in my country, so It did not surprise me that we didn't qualify. I'm sure Luna is an alright person, but we need more talent for a big stage like this. TVP should take notes for next year, maybe do something crazy and let the people choose an artist ? 😉 I know that would be outrageous..
