i remember a long time ago, a friend of mine was super into Jandek, i just couldn't feel it at the time. but now, i GET it. this is like a more intimate, desperate vintage Flying Saucer Attack/Dave Pearce song.

@@IndependentVictormy apologies, i had forgotten or never saw the reply. These are the Jandek songs I have saved in a playlist, one's that I set aside after sifting through some of the discography. I don't have access to them at the moment, so there are probably some outliers and they may not be that similar to this song, but at least I know I liked them at some point in time. I'll sit alone and think a lot about you, crack a smile, come through with a smile, I may not be around, tell me who you are, faceless, Janitor's dead, when the telephone melts, upon the grandeur, the cat that walked from Shelbyville, Niagra blues.

@br4in777 He also applied an ungodly amount of digital noise reduction, unfortunately. Makes his older records (up through Lost Cause or so) nearly unlistenable. But until I can find vinyl rips or actual physical copies of the original vinyl, I'm stuck with 'em. This is a decent vinyl rip, by the way.
