I saw them this year (89). Dave flirted with my girlfriend……fortunately she left with me! But, it was one of the greatest shows ever. It’s was at the pterodactyl club in Charlotte NC.

I liked Janes Addiction but Farrell’s comments about the Sex Pistols always bothered me, they did what he wanted to do over a decade before JA did anything. One brilliant album and they changed music, JA did three good albums between 87 and 91 which added to the American alt rock scene which was already underway. The Pistols are a pivotal point in rock music, JA are more of a footnote.
