Everyone talks about "Three Days". But this one is even better. Even Steven Perkins thinks so. I saw Janes do five of the nine shows they played on the main 1991 UK Ritual tour - and IIRC Perry was playing acoustic rhythm guitar on this one - and they of course had a fiddler, which is such a massive part of the song on the record.

Thanx for lesson I find Dave n’s playing incredible n in some ways underrated…my question to u is why is he one of yer fav players n why isn’t there more love out there for those two janes records…I mean there is insane luv for kurts playing n I luv nirvana but it just isn’t as good as janes ( and people say stop comparing I know but cmon-)

all I can say is that dave's playing just does it for me. it grabs me on an emotional level, but it's also insanely creative. love the tone too, obviously his songwriting, and the whole package. I hope to do some more Jane's / RHCP with Dave soon.

Navarro is very underrated. He is very unique, especially for being surrounded by glam metal in LA, while being a perfect match for Perry’s more Gothy Post-Punk music, like in Psi Com before Jane’s. *Dont mean Navarro in Psi Com, but Perry’s music in that band was just the right musicians away from being Jane’s songs.

I think he's maybe underrated since he doesn't care much about being recognized as a guitar virtuoso. He seems to care more about the big picture or the song as a whole. That's definitely why he's one of my favorites.
