I love all the recipes, but as someone that doesn’t like to cook, I love Anne’s most for day to day. The simplicity makes it easier for me to create meals for myself. The oatmeal and grapes idea saved me the other day!

Looks great! I have that same lemon juicer. It works great but I still find it works better if I cut the lemons in quarters first. I got it off of Amazon.

So I made these as a New Year’s Eve snack. And I have two comments. First the OMG has a bit too much garlic. And we love garlic. But we could hardly taste the walnuts in the sauce. And second was that we thought it needed some fresh ground pepper on top to balance out the sweetness from the potato, the tomato and the balsamic glaze.

1 inch is 2.5 cm; you cut polenta like you cut salami?? That polenta is horrible and full of sodium. Make your own polenta. I cut a big lemon in quarters and then squeeze them. I cook collards with onion, garlic, bell peppers and serve that over home made polenta..... very good.
