Hello Jane, I do remember the prune job you did. I do love the result this year. I say well done! I don't think it was Mike's fault with the strimmer I do believe that someway somehow it does have to be Danny's fault. I don't know why I think or feel this but he does love to give the pot a proper stir and get everyone a bit excited. I am envious of all the green you have there. We are only a week or so away from a foot of snow. So happy the pond is coming along that is so funny the capera going of each time it sprays. I love the bat boxes we had so many bats where I lived as a boy. Cya next time, Steven

Ha ha - you know Danny well! I'm really happy with the juniper bush - it does need a haircut but it just goes to show it's worth trying things out. Yes we're all complaining about how wet its been in the UK but at least we can actually see the ground - even if it is a bit muddy! Oh that trail cam - I was so excited when I saw how many times it had gone off ... Yes I'm really hoping the bats will enjoy visiting - I love watching them in the evenings. Thanks Steven.

We have horsetail/paddock piping. It’s called all sorts essentially a nightmare. To use a rotavator would be a disaster cos it would create thousands of them. We use no dig cardboard & compost then dig the little Blighters out from mid April. Weakens them tremendously. Ever vigilant. One needs patience 😂

Yes we've had that at a previous plot many years ago - I thought we'd inherited asparagus at first! Patience is definitely the key. Thank you.
