Hi Jane, for some reason today I wasn't subscribed to your channel, and I know I was. Don't know if this happens a lot. Lots of hard work in your video, and I love your chickens. Mine are at home. The cockerals know Spring is in the air as they are getting sassy lol! I'll be getting a cold frame this weekend, so I'll also be building... Or trying 😂 x

Yes I've had that happen to me before now - I think KZbin has a mind of it's own! The chickens are funny aren't they - and a lot brighter than we credit them for. A cold frame sounds perfect for all the seed sowing to come - good luck! Thank you.

Happy New Gardening Year Jane. You nearly gave me a heart attack when I saw the heading! So glad it’s nothing serious and a ‘friendly’ split! I have always gardened alone as hubby is not interested - just likes to sit and admire and eat any produce! I can’t imagine working with anyone in my gardening space. Hubby just helps with the heavy stuff and digging holes. I am just beginning to get that gardening tingle. Our trading hut on the colony opens this week and seed orders can be collected. I am determined to try and be realistic this year. I have pared down my growing list. I am getting older and less flexible so have to be realistic about what I can achieve as I won’t enjoy my happy place. Last year was really difficult so here’s to a better gardening year. Good luck going solo!
@JanesGrowingGarden6 күн бұрын
You are so right about being realistic - it’s easy to get whipped up into doing way too much and then it becomes a chore. Last year was difficult indeed - I feel sorry for people who were only in their first year, quite a few I know gave up which is such a shame. But yes I’m hopeful that this year will be a good one - we all deserve it! I haven’t quite got the garden tingle yet but I know it will be just around the corner! Thanks Honore!
