Yes, do more videos like this. I think releasing tension around the eyes makes my vision better.

Thank you so much. I just got my ANMA in the mail yesterday. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I learned about this from watching your videos on the ANMA Lift. I LOVE IT! I have had it several months and it so user friendly/powerful for Microcurrent.

Another great video! I hold a lot of tension in this area. It felt good to do this one. How would you use this technique for marionette lines around the mouth?

Thank you for this! Nothing has made more sense to me than this when it comes to addressing 11s. My question is, when doing the last one where you are holding it vertically, do you want to line it up directly with the line on your forehead or avoid that? Also is it normal to have indentations across your forehead after this or is that an indication I’m pressing too hard? Sometimes it takes hours for them to completely disappear but the immediate results are amazing! Though the next day it’s back to normal :( How long until you see lasting results if done daily? Guess I had a few questions. Thank you in advance! 😊

Because of years of large amounts of botox in my forehead, my procerus muscle has taken over to "compensate" and as a result there has bulked and there is a noticeable lump there. I hope some of these techniques, in addition with less forehead botox, can help relax that muscle.

What?! How on earth could you know my face went through the windshield in a car accident years ago? I have lots of scar tissue, especially on the forehead and around the left eye. This routine really hurts. I think I need to start out slowly, but I'm going to keep at it.

It’s great with all the instructions. But could you just have a second video without talking and do the whole routine with placements. It’s super distracting when you talk and then not do the whole routine. Does that make sense? Maybe one side and show how one area of the eye and forehead look different from the other. That is more powerful than all the talking. It could be a second video attached to this one. So people can hear the instructions and then do the whole with only one side. They can repeat for the other so it’s a short video. Let me know if you can do that.
