It was always strange to me that initially Haley was angry with Janet for killing Will. But as I recall, she only killed him because he was terrorizing her. I don't remember her having any personal issues with Will.

not exactly. Janet killed Will since Trevor disliked him and, in Janet's warped cuckoo mind at the time, she felt that offing Will would endear herself to Trevor (obviously the antithetical result ensued and Trevor only intensified in his loathing towards her)

That whole Janet/Trevor storyline was very silly and unbelievable. Not only did she attempt to murder Natalie and Laurel on multiple occasions, but she also took away Trevor's right to consent by marrying him twice under false circumstances. I really wish that each of them had ended up with someone else. They could have just had them co-parent Amanda. Trevor would still be alive since Janet wouldn't have killed him when she went off her meds.
