Even if she did have more work done at least she looks amazing. Most people nowadays look hideous and unrecognisable after multiple surgeries. I don't think she's done anything extra but even if she has then she's doing a good job because she looks great.

She only had er nose done and that was decades ago, she stated that....and I agree she still looks the same...and what people dont realize is, lights and makeup makes people look different...like when she first reappeared in Dubai and people were talking about she had gained weight from looking at the pic, but then they showed another pic of her at the same event and her face looked slender...her makeup artist went out on twitter and said that it was the makeup and lighting....Even when I saw the pic I was saying she was pregnant before she even started the tour......but we will never know...

I hate to sound negative, but I would love to work with her to save some of the very poor, especially children in her new adopted country.
