This is the best modular 3 in 1 set ever released. I thought it looked tacky and boring when I first saw it, but after watching your comprehensive review I went out and bought it for $32. It's so much fun and all the builds are outstanding!

I think that arcade build is part of some bigger arcade place that can be built combining this sets with some other skate creator set that we will get next year.

Looks like new Creator modular sets may be coming out, who knows what kind of crazy builds people will come up with, like the sets from last season, all of them made a seriously large house, looked very confusing, but lots of possibilities with modular sets like this one, love the arcade area, very cool!

I agree with you on the issues with the modular aspects on these new 3in1 sets. I loved the 3in1 houses/building sets such as bike shop and cafe, toy and grocery shop, seaside house etc, and had been a huge fan of that line. But I have decided not to invest in these new sets because the modular sections just don't seem to work all that well. The idea itself is great, but implementation needs more thought. Hopefully the designs will improve.

I really love this set! I think parts could be done better but overall,I think it has such a strong playability/creativity thing going on. I think the Lego Friends series has plenty of play park things that the boys need something that fits them more like this.

The alt-builds are really good! They appeal to some more niche interests and are pretty grounded, realistic and well scaled. I do respect the main build for the childlike 'check out my awesome CRAZY dreamhouse' theme they were going for. If children would play architect IRL, it would probably turn out something like that.

I wish they went back to the "build suggestions" method of olden days instead of main modular builds. The creator sets I remember really only had a theme, and a bunch of different builds in them to vaguely follow. I wouldn't know which is more effective...

This one looks better than I was expecting, and imho the 2nd (arcade) build is the best one. Down the road, at discount, it may be worth buying two and adding a few pieces to build a full 3D urban building which I think could look pretty nice in a city.

I think this is a really neat new concept for a Creator "House". I think this will attract many people to this set, even to the point where they buy multiples. And those exclusive prints are exceptional. However, for the actual house, and I dock this in regards to the whole modular system, it seems a bit flimsy. But still, this set is right about the RV set of quality, where all the alternate builds are amazing.

Great review! I personally don't like the modular system that much because of how fragile the builds usually are. The builds tho look really great, and I was surprised to see the amount of play space there is, considering how a lot of Creator sets don't usually have much
