At 49:00 Maria should have died from commander damage, also the bloodthirsty aerialist and Scion of the swarm don’t get counters from the lifegain on them being cast as they are still on the stack. Small mistakes aside, great episode with fantastic editing! Love seeing the janklord crew on and the dynamic looked like a lot of fun!

The mash up I never knew I needed! You 4 are all wonderful. Great game. Megan, I did the same thing in a recent game. I was playing an untested deck. I warned everyone that I had no idea if it was going to work. Then I drew nothing but gas and became the arch enemy on like turn 3.

Speaking as someone who is always archenemy from his win-loss record: the trick is to win while making it look as if there was a chance you could lose. When you win and it's clear there wasn't a snowballs chance in hell anyone could stop you it definitely feels bad.

Love to see the Janklords spreading the Jank love. Still you guys should read your cards. You played bloodthirsty aerialist and scion of the swarm wrong. You only get one counter for each life gain event and not counters equal to the amount of life you gained. Still you had fun and the vibe was awesome.

Don’t really like the addition of the cut away interviews in the middle of the game, don’t feel it’s needed and more disruptive than anything. Ones at the end would be fine. Aside from that, great game as usual, y’alls infectious positive vibes are always fantastic ✌️

@@GLHFCommanderlove GLHF and Commander Arcade and agree! The cutaway interviews are my least favorite feature of Commander gameplay channels because they make the games feel manufactured. I understand retrospectives but the ones acted in the present tense bug me. I’m like don’t play me I know you didn’t record that in the middle of the game 😂 I love seeing your reactions to the gameplay in the moment too and the back-and-forth that results in with guests

We actually DO stop the game and record them at the very moment you see what's happened. They are 100% real. But we may stop doing them anyway as they add a lot of time to the editing process.

I think what is missing is someone dressed as The Wise Mothman. It just needs to be a running part of the show and someone needs to come out dressed as The Mothman despite the fact their commander is Grenzo or Obeka or any other commander.

1:04:02 Noooo, he had the Rogue's Passage ! He could have just use it's ability to get through and get the Monarch back, then survive damage one more turn. All this dig to find it but not use it. At least they all going to get free beer ! Hehe

Good content! Small tip: the camera should be turned 180degrees.. its confusing when the camera switches from normal to topview.

Thanks for the feedback! No matter what, the camera angle will always be "wrong" on one side and "right" on another. It is impossible to make it match both unless we rotate the board with each set of 2 players which, to me, feels like it would be more disorienting.
