Does the software available for digitizing work somehow with this Janome? I kind of understand the idea of digitizing but wouldn't want to get this thinking you could digitize things (drawings of a grandchild perhaps?) and not be able to.

HI Ken, Just received my 400 E from you!!! Do I need to go to the edit page to be able to put together ex: A business name to put on a shirt? Cap??? There is only the monogram option on the screen. Thank you in advance for any help.! My husband is just as excited for this machine!!! Vicky

Hey! I dont know if you already solved it, but you need a program to create patterns with your janome, if you need more help i could help you

I have a Janome 11000, it has been awhile since I put designs on my usb flash drive, after I copied a design that would need my MA hoop it will not show up on the machine. Previous designs show up in their various size hoop but the one I just copied to the usb will not show. Do you know what I am doing wrong?

for this machine, when there is more than one color thread in the design, will the display screen show a difference in color?

could you help. a warning message appears on my janome 500e which is virtually like your machine, the fault says raise needle bar slowly , tried everything. help much appreciated

Format first...then load designs to the USB. Formatting wipes everything from the drive.

First you need to format your USB stick in your machine. The machine places an EMB folder on the stick. This is where you will save designs from your PC to the usb stick in this folder. If you need help with this feel free to call us anytime!
