Is the horizon link software downloadable from the janome main page? Or it only comes on cd ito be nstalled through computer harddrive. I mean for ones whom work from a TABLET, do they have the option of downloading it OR NOT ?

I can’t get my machine to quilt.when I push the presser foot it takes a couple stitches and stops.

As the embroidery program can be updated since I change the computer and now it does not work for me to pass embroideries from the computer, it is unfortunate that I do not have a response from the technical service that exists in Chile, they do not give me an answer and I think they do not know

My MC 12000 telling me to, LIFT UP THE PRESER FOOT AND NEEDLE BAR THEN TURN ON POWER AGAIN. I did as commanded several times but all in vain, kindly advice me on what to do.

Awesome. I bought one yesterday. But all this flowers and dogs are not interesting. It would be awesome if program could remake some tatoo jpg picture, or brandname etc to a file for that machine picture.
