rick mccarthney It’s getting service now. Came out of the box in August with a faulty sensor, so went right into the shop, and there have been a few issues with the threader, bobbin winding, excessive noise. It is an impressive machine, and I wish there was more instruction available online, but I’m getting all I can find. I think when the bugs are worked out, I will want to keep it for many years. I know my dealer will make it good.

as much as some of the features on these new machines may be very nice i am very glad i did not get one as the constant beeping as you change between settings would drive me insane. i got the MyStyle MS5027LE. so far absolutely love it
